I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, although I wished there was a microwave. The service was excellent with friendly staff always ready to help. The location was convenient, but getting hot water took longer than expected due to solar panels. The dining experience was standard, and the facilities were sufficient for my needs.

This Best Western in Cottonwood, Northern Arizona, offers a central location to Sedona, Camp Verde, and Jerome, though it can feel like a 'sleepytown' with limited evening activities. The rooms facing the swimming pool are clean and comfortable but could benefit from adding a microwave. The dining experience was above-and-beyond fantastic, while the service was attentive without a discount offered for oversights. However, the location provides easy access to nearby attractions, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained.

The hotel's location on South Main St in Cottonwood is excellent for exploring nearby attractions like Sedona and Jerome, although it can be noisy due to the traffic. The service was friendly and helpful, especially in accommodating my request for a first-floor room. The breakfast, with options like scrambled eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes, was delicious, and I was thrilled that the pool was open during my stay.
